To ensure that your package is properly delivered and receive shipment within the time frame we advertise that you make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If there is an issue with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve the issue. If we can't get in contact with you your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded to you.

 

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE directly. DomsKloset DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that states DELIVERED. We do not issue refunds for packages that states DELIVERED. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

You will receive shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days or sooner from the day you placed your order. This doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
